Agricultural workers laid flowers at the monument of Independence and Humanism

On the initiative of the President of our country Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the second Sunday of December is established as the Day of Agricultural Workers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Today, 25 years have passed since the establishment of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan – a solid legal basis of our independent development. In connection with this, as well as a professional holiday, the best representatives of the agrarian sector, who arrived in the capital from the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions, laid flowers at the Monument of Independence and Humanism.
– There is nothing more valuable for a person than peace and harmony, – says the chairman of «Bogot» farm in Bagat district of Khorezm region, the Hero of Uzbekistan Sharifboy Rajabov. – They are on the basis of success achieved by us. The attention of the President of our country to agriculture, development of entrepreneurship, farmers’ movement gives its high results. Today, all of us feel our more active participation in reforms, confidence in the results of our work. These features are embodied in rich harvests, obtained by honest work of dehkans and farmers. Such holidays, as today, inspire and urge us to work in a new way.
